How it all started...
In the early 1980s a group of believers from Hibbing Alliance Church felt a burden from the Lord to plant a church in the neighboring community of Nashwauk. The hope was that this church plant would provide a Spirit filled, Gospel believing, Bible preaching fellowship that would impact the world and community for Christ.
Expanding the vision...
Today, Nashwauk Alliance is a spiritually alive church that ministers to students in our local elementary school, nursing home, and much more. We believe that every believer is called to be a ministering person who is called, equipped, and empowered by the Spirit of God to change the world.
Where we are headed...
Our most recent endeavor is to start a new service that is aimed at reaching the unchurched families in our area. Many young adults love and believe in God, but struggle with the church and the idea of organized religion. To meet that need, we are launching a new ministry that will help bridge the gap between the church and this emerging generation. Come check out what God is in doing in and through his people.
